**Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon** is a scenic road-running event held along the Gulf Coast of Mississippi in the southern United States. The marathon takes runners from the seaside community of Pass Christian to Biloxi, offering extensive views of sandy beaches, palm trees and historic waterfront homes. The event features a marathon, half marathon and 5K, with a USATF-certified marathon course recognised as a Boston Marathon qualifier. The course is exceptionally flat, following wide paved coastal roads with expansive Gulf views. December brings generally milder running conditions, although coastal winds can add an extra challenge. An exciting finish in Biloxi and a friendly race atmosphere make the Mississippi Gulf Coast Marathon an attractive choice for runners chasing personal bests or combining their race with a journey through the American South.

C = min(100, (mean raw weather burden / 150) × distance exposure factor × 100). Weather is averaged by local race hour across three full years.
