26.2 with DONNA is the only marathon in the United States dedicated solely to the fight against breast cancer, held since 2008 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. In 2027 it celebrates its 20th anniversary running. The start and finish are at Seawalk Pavilion, and the course winds along the historic Atlantic coastline, through residential neighbourhoods and across the Intracoastal Waterway bridge. The race has a deeply personal character: all proceeds support the DONNA Foundation, and the course is famously pink, the color of the breast cancer fight. The weekend also features a 110-mile ultramarathon, a 5K, a family fun mile and a half marathon.
